I'm having trouble reducing the spacing between elements on my site. On the home page, I want less of a buffer between the navigation and the line above the billboard, and then less space between the bottom of the same line and the billboard. In fact, I'd like less space between the billboard and the slideshow too.

    Hi Kevin,

    You can use the following CSS to decrease the padding between the navigation and the line below it:

    #header .inner {
        padding-bottom: 10px;

    The current amount of padding without the above is 20 pixels so I reduced it to 10. Then use this CSS to decrease the amount of padding between the slideshow and the border of the navigation above it:

    #billboard .inner {
        padding-top: 10px;

    This was 40 pixels so I made it 10 again to match the amount above.
