i cancelled my site but domain is still unavailable please help

i cancelled my site but domain is still unavailable and it still redirects me to withtank site when entering my website address. please help

    That's how it's supposed to work after a cancellation.

    Hi Alan,

    thanks for your quick reply

    I need to transfer the domain name I just cancelled to Shopify, It says it
    needs to be released so that I can transfer it. In Supports previous
    discussions they say the Namecheap would email through the EPP Auth code
     but I have not received anything yet.

    Hi Allan

    I assume my domain is still registered with Withtank because it redirects
    me to Withtank when I search it. Shopify is asking me to change my DNS
    settings from my previous provider. How do I release my domain from
    Withtank to register it with another source.

    We've released the registrar lock; the domain can be transferred to another
    registrar, and the EPP 'auth' code was emailed to you. This email will
    originate from Namecheap.com.

    1. Please supply the auth code to the gaining (new) registrar so they can
    initiate the transfer to them, & follow their instructions from here
    onwards.

    2. Please send us a copy of the code too in order to expedite the transfer
    from this side.

    Namecheap.com has still not emailed me the EPP code to release my domain.
    My domain is still redirecting to withthank. Is there anything I can do
    from my side to speed up the process?

    It was sent to the registrant: [email blocked]

    We can't send to other email addresses as it automatically sends to the
    registrant.

    That email address does not exits anymore so I should bounce, I did change
    my email details on tank to gmail long time ago, I just double checked it
    on my tank account all addresses are updated to gmail, my billing info also
    came to gmail. Is there nothing I can do to solve this? Please please help.

    Check your Gmail now; there might be a verification process you need to
    complete (from Namecheap).

    Alternatively create a Namecheap account and send me the username and I'll
    push the domain to your Namecheap account.

    Hi Alan, I am struggling to get my domain DNS settings changed, I need to
    be able to log into Namecheap to to this, but I never opened an account
    with Namecheap because it was done through Withtank which means you guys
    hold the account to my domain, is there a way out here, I urgently need to
    change DNS settings to be able to transfer the domain. Please help

    Hi Alan, I did not see your latest reply to me stating that I have to open
    a cheapname account, sorry for that, please ignore my previous email, I
    will do that and let you know when you can push my domain to my account,
