Billed large amount in error via debit order!

Guys I've had a withtank monthly debit order for years. Yet in October a large amount of R334 was billed to me/debited from my account incorrectly. I never authorised this transaction. Please can you explain with urgency why this fee was debited. Thanks Kim

    Hi Kim

    Last month's invoice included the annual domain renewal fee of R249. This
    is detailed on the invoice issued.

    I have received no invoice from Withtank documenting that transaction.
    I have not received an invoice from Withtank ever, that I am aware of.

    In fact I was wondering if any humans were even available to ever communicate with at withtank or if the company was still in business.

    I was starting to think it would be impossible to communicate with Withtank if say, I wanted to cancel my subscription/other reason.

    So relieved to receive this message now. But I still have no way of getting in touch.

    So please can you please provide a proper email address contact so I have a way of making contact about any of these types of issues at some point in the future.
