Hi
We communicated a bit earlier in the year and you have also been in contact with Mark Calvert from dzignstudio who is busy building me a shopping trolley website.

I have had no problem with Tank and thank you for the service I have received these past years - but as tank has no c -panel I will need to transfer my website name (domain) to a server that allows for a shopping trolley site.

I have built up a following on www.fabricnation.co.za (saved as favourite by clients etc) and I would very much like to keep this domain name.

I have paid my yearly fee and will continue to pay the monthly fee until we are ready to activate the new site - will probably be the end April.

Please advise as how to proceed on this -

many thanks
Jane Solomon

    Hi Jane

When you are ready to go live then put in a domain transfer request and we
will accept it. It takes 24 hours so ensure you have your timing right.

    Regards,
    Alan

As discussed in previous mails (see below) – we are now ready to set up our online store.

Host Africa will have sent a mail to you requesting the domain transfer of fabricnation.co.za to them.

Could you please do this as soon as possible.

Many thanks for the years of hosting this site
and please make sure billing to Jane Solomon, Fabricnation is cancelled as of August 1st.

    Hi Alan
As discussed in previous mails – we are now ready to set up our online store.

Host Africa sent a mail to you requesting the domain transfer of fabricnation.co.za to them.
However we/they have been told that the site is in an anniversary period and cannot be transferred until the 7th August.
I am now urgently wanting to get my new site up is there anyway to override this anniversary ?

The name Servers needs to be changed to the following to point to the new host.
    Name Server: ns1.host4africa.com
    Name Server: ns2.host4africa.com
    Name Server: ns3.host4africa.com

Many thanks for the years of hosting this site
and please make sure billing to Jane Solomon ([email blocked]) for Fabricnation website is cancelled as of September 1st.

    Regards

    Hi Jane

Nameservers are managed at Uniforum directly. Please ask Host Africa to
send an update request listing their particular nameservers on the ticket.
That way they can update the nameservers to their own records.

    Hi Alan
Have now requested to have domain transferred but message came back that I owe R125 to [email blocked] (whoever this may be?)
Please can you send bank details as to who to pay this R125 to so I can settle it and we can transfer the site asap.

Also please can I have information as to how to close my account with you – as of end August –

    Thank you very much
    Jane

    Hi Alan
Thank you for your service over the past 6 – 7 years.

The Fabricnation domain is now transferred – please can you stop the debit order for this service to my account from Tank as of end August 2017.
Please email me to confirm you have received this email and the above has been done or let me know as to who to send an email to regarding this.

    Thanks you
    Jane
