Hoping anyone can help! This is from the lady who is setting up an ad on Facebook, but she needs the following:

The pixel base code needs to be installed into the header code of every page of your website. This lets you get data about all page views on your website, to establish a baseline for measuring specific events. Find the

tags in your webpage code, or locate the header template in your CMS or web platform and once you install the Facebook Pixel code in that section (which I can help you do once you locate it), then the Facebook Pixel will automatically be included on every page on your website to be used to develop a website custom audience that you can later retarget with Facebook and/or Instagram Ads.
