What about SEO?

Tank sites are built with Google and co in mind: all sites features clean, readable URLs built on a valid XHTML structure. There isn't much more to do for most users, but those with more time on their hands can choose to get their hands dirty with alt and meta tags too.

How much 'love' you get from the search engines now depends on the content you add, the descriptors and tags you create, and the links you build.

Sitemap, check

An XML sitemap is auto-generated as you build and manage your site, and this feed can be submitted to search engines to ensure that all your content is indexed properly.

Your sitemap is located at 'http://www.yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml' - please replace 'www.yourdomain.com' with your domain, or simply append 'sitemap.xml' to the address in the browserbar when you visit the homepage of your site.

For instance the sitemap of our site is located at http://withtank.com/sitemap.xml as our domain is 'withtank.com', and we replaced 'www.yourdomain.com' with 'withtank.com' to arrive at it.

Analytics and Webmaster, check

Tank sites are easily integrated with both Google Analytics and Google Webmaster too. Please see How to add Analytics to your site & How to add Webmaster Tools to your site for additional information.
